The shampoos only need about a fifty cent coin sized amount to lather up creamily. Easy to rinse off and leaves hair feeling very clean. I have only used about one third of the amounts and so far they seem effective in reducing hair loss. I do feel a bit of very mild itching a couple of hours after washing but that could be because my scalp is a little sensitive and nothing to do with the shampoos.
