HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

1. Start Shopping

You can start shopping by browsing through the product category or build your own scalp are programme.

To add items into your shopping bag, select the quantity you wish to purchase and click “Add to cart”. The item(s) will appear in your Shopping cart.

Click “Continue Shopping” to browse the e-Store for other items or “Check Out” to fill in your delivery and payment information. Do note that you’re unable to cancel or modify your order once the payment has been processed successfully.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and order number. If you have questions about your order, you may contact our e-Store team with your order number.

2. CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?

Once the payment has been processed, you are unable to modify or cancel your order. Therefore, it is important to check your order before you click on “Confirm Order”.

3. WHAT PRIVILEGES DO I ENJOY WHEN I SHOP AT THE PHS HAIRSCIENCE E-STORE?

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery within Singapore with minimum $100 purchase.

Gift-with-purchase, beauty samples and promotions are subjected to availability and PHS HAIRSCIENCE reserves the right to end any promotion, replace or substitute any gift/samples

4. WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DOES THE PHS HAIRSCIENCE E-STORE ACCEPT?

You can make payment at the PHS HAIRSCIENCE e-Store via these payment modes:

  • PayPal
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Amex

PHS HAIRSCIENCE Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers or any promotional vouchers cannot be used to offset online purchases at the PHS HAIRSCIENCE e-Store.

5. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES AND SCHEDULE?

PHS HAIRSCIENCE e-Store will only accept and deliver orders within mainland Singapore. Merchandise are wrapped in bubble wrap and delivered in a durable padded envelope or box.

All orders submitted after 6pm will be processed on the following day.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do take in international orders. As our E-Store currently only serves local orders, you can simply place your order via email to support@phshairscience.com and we will advise you on the payment and shipping details.

7. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND?

All sales are final and there will be no refunds for all products. Please contact support@phshairscience.com if you have any queries.

8. HOW TO CONTACT US?

You may contact us at 6692 0662 from Monday to Sunday, including Public Holiday from 11am to 6pm. Alternatively, you may email us at support@phshairscience.com and our PHS HAIRSCIENCE e-Store team will get back to you within 3 working days.

9. Where can I purchase PHS HAIRSCIENCE home care trichology products?

Our home care trichology product ranges are retailed at all PHS HAIRSCIENCE Labs and authorised retailers including Takashimaya Beauty Hall, Robinsons, SASA and NAIISE. Online authorised retailers includes PHS HAIRSCIENCE, Robinsons, NAIISE and Zalora.
