• Shampoo: Wet hair and apply a suitable amount. Work into a lather and gently massage onto the scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Shampoo twice for best results.
  
• Conditioner: Pat hair dry with towel after shampoo. Apply and massage conditioner through to hair ends, avoiding the scalp. Leave on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
