This Popsicle is a simple 3 ingredient recipe that you can prepare at home within few hours. These 3 ingredients are great agents to take care of your hair, filled with nutritional goodness, and the best part? They are readily available from the local markets!
Blueberries are yummy and nutritious especially for your hair. Packed with anti-oxidants, they are said to keep your hair and skin from aging. Thus, it nourishes and helps you maintain your hair. Blueberries are also rich in Vitamin K which is essential for good hair health as well as improving blood circulation.

Honey or Agave
