How to:
Daily Regime:
ADV Nutrition Shampoo: Wet hair and apply shampoo. Gently massage into scalp, working up a creamy lather. Rinse thoroughly.
ADV Nutrition Conditioner: Apply conditioner onto damp hair, avoiding the scalp. Leave on for 1-2 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
ADV Nutrition Tonic: Shake well before use. Section hair and apply tonic on towel-dried scalp. Massage scalp with fingertips. Leave on. Use daily.
Daily Leave-In:
ADV Detangling Spray: Shake well before use. Spray on damp hair thoroughly and comb through. Do not rinse.
ADV Argan Oil: Apply on towel-dried hair. Massage into hair from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on and style as usual. Can be used to protect hair from heat styling, or to hydrate and defrizz hair whenever desired.
ADV Hydration Cream: Apply as desired to dry or styled hair as a finishing touch and protective barrier. Distribute evenly through mid-lengths and ends of hair. Leave on.
Weekly:
ADV Elixir: Apply evenly on scalp. Gently massage and leave in for 10 minutes before shampooing as usual. Use 1-3 times a week.
ADV Moisture Hair Mask: Apply a generous amount on washed and towel-dried hair. Massage into hair through the lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp. Leave on 10-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use at least once a week in place of conditioner.
